Well we woke up to a tsunami,or as my 6 year old said,a salami warning and then surrounded the tv at 11:05 to see what would hit Hilo. All that happened, thankfully, was 3 feet waves. So catastrophe averted. At least we know our evacuation plan works.

Glad to hear it! I can remember being woken up at 2am when I lived on Saipan. I lived halfway up a hill and everyone was driving by my apartment on their way up to the top to ride out the tsunami. It never came so then they all drove back down the hill and went home.
So glad to hear everything is ok. Though my heart is breaking for all these people in Chili and Haiti.. keeping everyone in my prayers!
So glad you're ok, these tsunami warnings all over are scary.
