Lazy day

What do you do when you are almost out of everything but too lazy to actually get your butt up and go to the store? You make homemade pizza and the kids eat this day and night, and think they are in Heaven. Oh, and you add shredded carrots and onions to the sauce so you can make sure they meet their veggie quota.

LOL Chris I do this quite often, especially if I'm sick that week.

Kids love it and I get them to pitch in and help which takes a load off of me too....LOL

I'm with Jen I have to stick to my grocery day. But I will have to try the homemade pizza with carrots in the sauce, I have never thought of that one.

By the way I am a friend oh Charla's and she told me that you guys live in Hawaii and I just found out that we are moving there in March and I am scared to death at this point. LOL. So I was hoping that maybe you could help me with some of the details....

Wow, so I am not the only one who adds shredded carrots to pizza sauce (an spaghetti sauce and chili)!

I wanted to say that the Anne Rice book is VERY FICTION. She does research the history of the times very thoroughly but the story is very much fictionalized.

Hugs!

Around here your poor kids would be stuck with pot pies. We ALWAYS have pot pies when I'm too lazy to stock the groceries. So they're very lucky to have a mom who knows how to make creative pizza. :-)

Shucks - that sounds like a perfect plan to me. I absolutely hate grocery shopping.
The house is looking good. I love the little towels. Pink is my very favorite color. Good job!!
