We had an awesome speaker at church on Sunday and she spoke a little bit about what kids these days clothe their bodies in. I was glad to hear this. I never let my daughter wear tight clothes, short skirts, belly showing shirts, and other assorted clothing worn by the stars that day. I am glad. Like this speaker said, "when we give our bodies to Christ, they belong to Him, so we are no longer allowed to clothe them any old way we please." What a great way to put this to our young people.

Amen Sister!!! I agree 100%!
How is Venessa doing?
It's just not what the girls wear...I have seen some crazy clothes on the boys! I am also mindful as to what my son wears.
Modesty seems to be something fogotten, even in churches. We guide our girls in the right direction with their clothing choices.
I FINALLY posted about winning Prisoner of Circumstance. Please forgive me for the delay. I had hoped to read the book before I posted but it just wasn't meant to be. When I finish the series that I am reading right now I will read it. I hope I beat my husband to it as he plans to read the book when he finishes the Harry Potter series.
Thank you again for the book!!
Have a great day Christina.
I just have to comment on this post... when my youngest daughter was in high school and college it seemed that the shorts and skirts got shorter, and the tops, well, you know.
Karen would not wear them, even today as a grown woman her modesty is still very much in tack. If she found a top that she liked and it showed a little more than was desired she would put a cami on underneath... for awhile it was hard to find clothes that were not so revealing!! But she somehow manages to make them work...
It's sad that the designers think that's what our girls want to wear.
I agree with many points. But in some areas, I feel we need to be more aggressive. Just my opinion. Love ya. quinceanera dresses Louboutin Shoes Pigalle Christian Louboutin. Designer Wedding Gowns
