prayer

This will be quick. I just wanted to let you all know of some prayers needed around blogland. First of all go on over and check out Amy's blog. It's the Wilhoite prayer blog and Amy is due to have her bone marrow transplant on Monday. Amy is an inspirations to us all. Her husband Brandon had written a very heart wrenching post recently about this experience. Please pray for Amy, Brandon, and Gary.

Also Liz from looneybin4sure has recently posted about a boy named Micah who is in need of our prayers. Micah is only 2 and has cancer. You can check for updates here. Micah is an adorable little boy who is going through a lot. Please keep their family in your prayers also.

I know our list is growing, but there is always room for more.

I knew something was wrong with Looney Mom but had no idea. So devasting when a little one gets cancer. I will hop over to Amy's, as well. My thoughts and prayers will be for comfort and healing for them both. You are so sweet to let us know Christina. Have a great day! :)

It's so thoughtful of you to do this, Christina. I tell you, I'm so worried about Amy. This is so scary and I can tell from the posts she and her husband have been doing there's a real chance she isn't going to beat this.

I can't bear to think of a baby that sick. Cancer at two years old. We are so blessed to have healthy children in our families.

My heart just breaks for all of these people who need our prayer. I'm praying as hard as I can, especially for Amy.

I will be praying for all of these people and I had my mother-in-law add them to her Church prayer group. THANK YOU for writing about these people who so need our prayers. You are helping them in such a wonderful way because prayer is the most powerful weapon we have.

Thanks for the reminder Christina. I've been praying for Amy and Micah. Sometimes the needs just seem overwhelming, don't they? But with God, nothing is impossible. I believe that. I'm praying.

When I read blogs such as these my problems seem so petty and small. Keeping them all in my prayers.
